Arrival in Paro (2,280m) – Drive to Haa (2,670m)
Arrive at Paro International Airport, one of the most spectacular landings in the Himalayas. On a clear day, you may see towering peaks such as Mount Jomolhari and Mount Jichu Drake. Upon arrival, you are warmly welcomed by your guide and offered light refreshments.Afterwards embark on a scenic drive to Haa Valley (approx. 2.5–3 hours), passing through winding mountain roads, pine forests, and pristine ridges. Today is the final trekking day. Ascend to Kungkarpo Pass (4,350m), the highest point of your journey. The trail features alpine vegetation, grazing yaks, and occasional sightings of wild Himalayan birds. Descend gradually toward Chele La Pass (3,990m), one of Bhutan’s highest drivable passes.
