Cancellation Policy for Land Cost (Bhutan and Nepal)

• Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival day, applies a 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival day, applies a 25% cancellation fee.
• No cancellation fee is charged for the trip cancellation made before 1 month.
• No refunds will be made after the visa has been processed and issued.

  Cancellation Policy for Flight

• A 90% refund is permitted for the ticket cancelled more than 30 days from the initial date of travel.
• A 75% refund is permitted for the ticket cancelled from 10-29 days from the initial date of travel.
• A 50% refund permitted for the tickets cancelled from 02-09 days from the initial travel date.
